We do our very best to provide quality products you will love to wear. We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise and we will be happy to find solution.
Please return all items in new conditions, unused or damaged within 7 days with a recommended tracking #. Any items that are used or improperly handled, or damaged due to improper care will not be eligible to be returned.
Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping and handling fees and customers is responsible for re-shipping fees.
All sale items are final and non-refundable.
Please note, customs orders are non-refundable as they are curated and made specifically for you.
Once a refund has been processed, it should take an average of 3-7 working days to reach your account. In some cases it may take up to a weeks.

Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise.
If you are interested in exchanging your items please contact us within 24 hours after purchased in our site and we are happy to help you with the process.
Please return unused items within 7 days with recommended tracking # or if you bought the items in person make sure to contact us within 24 hours.
Return items cannot show evidence of use or wear - dirt, blemishes of any kind. If your order arrives incorrectly or the package was damaged in transit, you must notify us within 1 day of receipt.
You will be given a full refund in the amount you paid for your items minus shipping costs which unfortunately cannot refund.
The warranty does not apply where damage is caused by other factors, including without limitation:
- normal wear and tear;
- abuse, mishandling, accident or failure to follow jewelry care instructions/or other merchandise.
- shipment or other transit.
